What will be available to buy at the Co-op concession on site at Creamfields this year?
Co op will be returning with their onsite store, located in the Campsite Village (so only accessible to Camping ticket holders) and selling a range of products including food, sandwiches, soft drinks, cereals, fruit, crisps, toilet roll, disposable BBQ’s, tobacco + much more.
N.B. Please note due to licensing restrictions there are no off license concessions on site. Alcohol is only available to purchase from the bars.
Will there be food and drink available in the campsites?
Yes, there will be various food and drink concessions onsite, this includes the event arena and camping village. This includes vegetarian, vegan, Gluten Free and Halal options which will be clearly labelled on the traders menus and a full list of allergens will be available to view on each outlet. Please liase with the individual traders onsite if you have any special dietary concerns and they will be able to assist.

Is there a shuttle bus service?
Creamfields shuttle buses will be running throughout the days and nights of the festival weekend, taking you directly to and from the festival site.
We’re keen to be green and reduce our carbon footprint so please use public transport and the shuttle buses service we have provided. The Creamfields shuttle bus service operates from Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington. With all of our shuttle bus locations connected to major transport hubs, it couldn’t be easier.
To pre-order your shuttle bus tickets now and guarantee your seat on the bus, use the link below. Alternatively, you can purchase your shuttle bus tickets on the day of travel (please note this excludes Manchester – you MUST purchase an advance shuttle bus ticket if you wish to use this route). Deadline to book a shuttle bus is 16th August.
When you are leaving the festival, if you have not pre-purchased your shuttle bus ticket, you can purchase one from the shuttle bus box office located next to the Bridge at the shuttle bus pick up point near to the North Entrance, where the shuttle buses will be departing from.
Runcorn & Widnes tickets can only be purchased from the festival shuttle bus box office – there is no pre-booking available for these destinations.

Is there a pickup and drop-off point?
The drop off and pick up point is located near to the North car park. Please follow event road signage for DROP OFF/PICK UP .
This applies for ALL ticket holders, including Gold, Silver, Bronze & Dreamfields. Follow all road signage for Drop Off/Pick Up. Do not attempt access to the South car parks for dropping off as you be directed back to the drop off point which will add time to your journey and you may be charged the standard car parking rate.
How do i travel to Creamfields by train?
The nearest train stations to the Creamfields festival site are Runcorn Station, Warrington Central, Warrington Bank Quay and Liverpool Lime Street, all of which are connected to the main line and have shuttle buses operating to and from the site all day and night.
Runcorn doesn’t have any buses running to the site, only from the site upon leaving.
Warrington, Liverpool and Manchester will have buses running to and from the site.

- Non Camping Parking (£25 in advance) and covers you for the weekend – if applicable) / £20 per day (if not booked in advance)
- Day Ticket Parking (£15 pre book) / £20 on the day)
- Free parking is included in your package for all Gold & Silver ticket holders and all those who have booked Dreamfields accommodation.
